Should you wish to change travel date or cancel and refund a paid ticket, it must be notified to us as mentioned below. Refunded amount will be only credited to the customer who has purchased the ticket and who presents a proof of identification as well as the ticket’s payment receipt. Tickets issued to corporate and government organizations will be only refunded to the same organization.
- To cancel or change dates for bookings with 1-3 tickets, please call and inform our hotline 7721010 or ticket agent at least 48 hours prior to travelling date.
- To cancel or change dates for bookings with 4-5 tickets, please call and inform our hotline 7721010 or ticket agent at least 72 hours prior to travelling date.
- To cancel or change dates for bookings with 6 or more tickets, please call and inform our hotline 7721010 or ticket agent at least 96 hours prior to travelling date.
- Tickets cannot be canceled or date changed except as per above cancellation period, and if done so, the ticket cannot be refunded.
Eligible refunds in accordance with this Policy, will be provided within fifteen (15) business working days of receipt of all of the refund information and documents required by Pro Jets Pvt Ltd. The credit card refund may take up to two billing cycles before appearing on a credit card statement. Therefore, the customer should contact his/her credit card company directly to verify receipt of the credit.
No refund will apply whatsoever in case of any force majeure events or any event which is beyond our control. The force majeure events may include but not limited to weather, acts of God, civil commotion, wars and hostilities, riots or any unsettled international conditions, strikes and other labor-related disputes, government regulations, shortage of fuel and/or any Pro Jets Pvt Ltd unpredicted or unforeseen circumstances
All passengers are advised to be on good behavior while traveling
All passengers are strongly advised to use the trash cans on board; littering into the sea is strictly prohibited.
Smoking and using vulgar words are strictly prohibited abord the ferry. The boat captain has the right to offload such passengers to any nearby island and such passengers will not be given a refund for their tickets.
All paid tickets will have a luggage limitation of one luggage bag (15kg / 26”x16”x10”) and one handbag (5kg / 15”x12”x6”) per ticket (total 2 pieces). Passengers are not allowed to carry or accept any others belongings. Pets and plastic bags are strictly not allowed on board.
The carriage of certain hazardous material, like aerosols, fireworks and flammable liquid, abord the ferry is forbidden.
All passengers are requested to check in the luggage before boarding and to take all their belongings when deboarding. The company will not be held liable for any mis placed luggage or personal belongings.
As per the sea traveling rules & regulations of the Maldives, any passenger who does not follow above regulations must take all responsibility following any legal matter. The company will not be held liable in any way.
The laws of the Republic of Maldives govern the use of this website and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maldives. Pro Jets Pvt Ltd reserves the right to bring proceedings against you in the country of your residence.
